Surgical procedures that can be performed under local anesthetic with sedation if required.
Temporal Brow Lift
This procedure gives a lift at the arch of the brow, and the incision hides beautifully in the hairline. It is great for people with some heaviness of the lateral brows and eyelids.
Upper blepharoplasty is the removal of excess skin and occasionally fat in the upper lid. This can be combined with a brow-repositioning called “browpexy.” Lower blepharoplasty is the treatment of lower eyelid “bags” by repositioning herniated fat from certain fat compartments of the lower lid to the tear trough region in order to create a smooth transition between the eyelid and cheeks.
Submental Liposuction and FaceTITE
Excess fat under the chin and upper neck can stubbornly persist even with weight loss. Submental liposuction can be done with minimal discomfort through a small pinhole incision in the skin. This is combined with FaceTITE, a radio frequency device to tighten the loose skin after the liposuction, to give you that beautiful jawline that you’ve always wanted. This procedure takes about 1 hour.
Modified Upper Lip Lift
Do you dream of plump and beautiful lips? This is a great way to create more volume and height to your upper lip permanently, and create more facial balance, especially if you have an elongated white upper lip.
With aging, the midface can lose volume and support, causing sagging of the skin, jowls and deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Various types of facelifts can be offered depending on your needs.
Deep Plane sub-SMAS face lift
This is a more extensive lift with long-lasting natural looking results for more severe sagging and loose skin, severely deep nasolabial folds, jowls and marionette lines.
Signs of aging can be apparent in the thin delicate skin of the neck. A neck lift with tightening of the skin and underlying muscle can be performed to contour the neck and jawline. This can be combined with liposuction and FaceTITE for enhanced contouring and skin tightening.
