Platelet rich plasma (PRP) has been used in the medical world for years to encourage soft tissue healing. This can be used cosmetically as a natural way to improve fine lines or crepey skin, and restore thinning hair in both men and women. A small sample of blood is taken from the patient and put into a centrifuge. The concentrated plasma is collected and injected into the skin for facial rejuvenation or scalp for hair restoration.

The PRP contains your own natural growth factors, which help to regenerate tissue, cell growth, and stimulate collagen production, leaving the skin looking smooth and soft.

For facial rejuvenation, PRP may also be combined with micro-needling (collagen induction therapy), which will synergistically boost collagen production.

These treatments are useful to combat signs of aging and improve skin texture, such as fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, and stretch marks. It can be combined with Hyaluronic Acid Skin Hydrating Injections to improve skin texture immediately.

Using evidence-based medicine, we will use a special protocol for hair restoration that can help improve your hair growth. Depending on the stage of hair loss, combination therapy may be recommended used for optimal results.

At least 3-6 treatments are required for optimal results. Maintenance may be required once or twice a year thereafter.
